Invitation and call for abstracts
The Danish Cancer Research Society invites Danish and Scandinavian cancer scientists to the 23rd Annual Meeting of the Society.
Like previous years, we hope to see many research groups represented and invite you to submit abstracts within clinical, experimental, and epidemiological cancer research.
The scientific program will comprise invited international and national speakers, several sessions with talks selected from the submitted abstracts and a poster session.
Deadline for abstract submission is 22rd February 2010. Please forward your abstract as an attachment to: dscf08@gmail.com. An abstract template can be found here. Abstracts will be published in APMIS and on the homepage of the Danish Society for Cancer Research. All posters and presentations will be in English.
Presentation and poster prizes. The best oral presentation will be awarded DKK 10.000 as a travel grant to a conference of choice within a year of the meeting. Also the best poster will be awarded a prize.
The Annual Meeting is a 1-day symposium and registration includes lunch and coffee/tea during the day. The meeting will be followed by a dinner party (spouses welcome).

For the scientific part of the meeting fees are:
DKK 850 for members of the Society
DKK 1000 for registration and joining the Society
DKK 1100 for non-members
DKK 300 for pregraduate and master student members
DKK 350 for pregraduate and master student members wishing to join the Society
DKK 400 for non-member pregraduate and master students.
For the dinner party (don’t miss it!) the fee is DKK 550 for members, non-members and spouses alike.
To pay please transfer the total fee to erhvervskonto 3001 7137060 til Dansk Selskab for Cancerforskning. Your registration is active once the fee is received by the Society.
Registration deadline is April 1st 2010.
Please note that the number of participants is limited to 200.
